My Plan For Success

My name is ANTHONY FERRELL, and I want to become a plumber, because I like to work with my hands. My goal for success is plumbing and computers will help me get to my goal. I joined this computer class while I was staying at the Walden House, because I wanted to learn how to use the computer.

The computer will help with my customer billing, accounting and record keeping. The computer will help me explore the Internet world, the news network and plumbing sales. Plumbing is like a puzzle and I like working with something that takes time to solve with my mind such as cutting pipes and fitting them in the right places and soldering.

I will use the skills I learn in this class like typing, using Microsoft word to help in my business. Also I will use the Internet to stay in touch with my family and friends through e-mail.

I’m excited about the future and starting my business. My goal is to help my family. Also I will be looking forward to be working with my cousin the one who got me started in plumbing.

I know it going to be hard at first to get a start from the bottom but I have to push myself to start from the bottom

I thank Walden House & CDD for helping me to learn computer skills and for showing me the way of the Internet world, which will show me the way of the future. I, as well as everyone, should learn computer skills to stay in touch with family and friends and how to get online with the whole world, because the internet is a whole new world for me. The computer will help me get bids on plumbing jobs online. I do want to learn about the heating systems. I have wanted to do this, to further my skills to get ahead in life. Heating is going to get me where I want to be and to help others by hiring workers to help themselves. By doing this I’ll be giving back to the community just as Walden House helped me to start a new life and helping me to find myself, because I trust the process to stick and stay, and I do want to raise a family that I never had because I know I’m blessed.

I got a gift of learning to use tools from Walden House as I have come to learn about computers. And right now, I see that I really have come a long way. Just in this little amount of time I have learned a lot in this class and I think I can make it this time around. Thank God, I can see my future in life, and to better myself I needed this trade to show growth within my life and to have something I can leave behind to keep my family well off as well as keeping the family business going. That’s what you call being blessed from above. Finally I wish to say, “Thank you family, and to simply trust the process”.
